Week 02

Cocktail Menu Creation

Throughout the week, we develop a custom cocktail menu tailored to your bar’s aesthetic and clientele, with careful attention to detail:

 

Full Recipe Development
We create 6-12 signature cocktails, providing detailed recipes, preparation methods, and ingredient breakdowns.

 

Glassware & Equipment Suggestions
To complement the drinks, we offer guidance on the right tools and glassware to enhance presentation and customer satisfaction.

Week 03 - Part 01

Cocktail Presentation
& Staff Training

Monday – Cocktail Presentation

We showcase the finalized cocktails through live demonstrations and tastings. You and your staff will experience each drink, and we gather feedback to refine them further if needed.

Wednesday – Staff Training: Cocktail Preparation, Techniques & Execution (4-5 hours)
Your staff will be trained on the new cocktail menu, focusing on ingredient preparation, mastering advanced techniques, and perfecting garnishing. We will also work on flawless cocktail execution, ensuring each drink is made with precision. Staff will receive guidance on how to confidently present and explain each cocktail to customers, enhancing their overall service and engagement.

Week 03 - Part 02

Staff Training & Soft Launch

Thursday – Additional Staff Training, Customer Interaction & Soft Launch Preparation
We continue staff training with a focus on practicing customer interactions. Your team will introduce the new cocktails to customers, refining their presentation skills and getting real-time feedback. Our team will also help finalize the setup for the soft launch, ensuring the bar is fully stocked, equipment is in place, and staff are fully prepared for the event.

 

Friday – Soft Launch Execution

Our team will be on-site to oversee the soft launch. We will assist your staff in executing the new menu, guiding them through customer interactions and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.

 

Saturday – Post Soft Launch Refinement 
Based on the feedback from the soft launch, we will work with your team to make final adjustments and refinements to the menu, presentation, and service. This ensures everything is perfected for the official launch.
